This foamboard panels must be glued to the back wall to create the shape. The back wall in the same of a letter is made of lightweight foamboard, once foamboard panels are attached to back wall the letter shape will appear. The package includes complete Number Mosaic frame that needs to be assembled. This New Balloon number Frame, made from light weight foamboard. This is a Do It Yourself craft project, balloons and glue not included.
